I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capital One (New York, NY) in Jul 2015
Interview
I am currently in the interview processes for a part time teller. I received an email that I would need to take an online interview via one way computer recording. At first I was really nervous, but this is actually easier because you have up to 3 minutes to think of your answer, and if you do not like your answer you can try again.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
It was about 10 questions where you have to speak - tell me about yourself, tell me how you handled a rude customer, where do you see yourself in 2-3 years, tell me about a time when you went above and beyond, tell me a time where you worked with sales goals and how did you meet them, tell me a time where you had to explain a policy to a customer and how did you do?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Houston, TX) in Apr 2018
Interview
I did one online interview and filled out tons of online tests and paperwork, two weeks later I was contacted by an HR rep to schedule an interview at the branch with the manager. The interview was pretty laid back and basic questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One
Interview
Video interview- basic. Be prepared for no retakes. Behavioral and situational questions; may want to practice first before going into the real one. Speak loud and clear. When you see it replay, you may not like it and there’s nothing you can do about it.
I applied online. I interviewed at Capital One (Brooklyn, NY) in Oct 2017
Interview
Filled out an application. About 2-3 weeks later i received a digital interview. I did it within the week. About 2 weeks later i got a call for an in person interview at a nearby branch and it went very well. I got a phone call the next day from my recruiter and was given an offer.
