Invited straight to super day at offices. Interview was 3 parts. 2 behavioral interviews and a mini case. Interviews were 30-45 minutes a piece. Interviewers were very laid back.

I applied through my University and was immediately given a final round interview at their offices in NYC. The superday consisted of three interviews, a case, behavioral, and fit interview. The case was quantitative and fairly easy to understand and do. The behavioral and fit interviews were standard.
