I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capital One (McLean, VA) in May 2012

Interview

It was laid back and felt personal and intimate. Not stuffy or routine. Honestly, I felt as if they wanted to hire me before I walked in the door based on my resume. The manager was very laid back and explained the position and then explained expectations and goals.
