Assessment centre for half a day, included group exercise, 1 on 1 interview and a case study based problem. This would then lead to a final interview.

My experience before the assessment day was very positive like most others. The people in Capital One are very nice and helpful. The difficulty level of the interviews were pretty standard as well. But after the AC the HRs disappeared. They had kept me waiting for more than 8 weeks with no feedback/rejection or further interview notice. Emails are not responded. I am very frustrated about this and just unsure what is going on. Business
