Interview consisted a lot of pre-interview assessments before the actual interview. The first assessment was mostly behavioral and very simple reading. The next one was working with Excel. And then there will be the superday.

I submitted my resume and underwent a case interview with a current analyst for a summer business analyst position at Capital One. Following this, I had a discussion with HR, answering questions about the role I was applying for, further demonstrating my interest and qualifications for the position.
