I met with the Cafe Manager 1-on-1 on location, toured the facility, and met current on-duty team members. After speaking with an assistant manager, I then met with a team member. My final interview was with the Cafe Manager. I was called later that day with an offer.

Applied online, 2-3 weeks later received an email to complete video interview answering questions just recording yourself, only one take, 3 minutes to answer each question. After that received call from recruiter, asked similar questions over the phone that was asked during video recording interview. Then had two video interviews with Cafe coaches each of which weren't in charge of the location I applied to. Interview was extremely cold and they didn't seem to care about my experience outside of their predetermined questions that were worded awkwardly. They wanted you to respond in a format that is unnatural: Situation, Response, Result. Questions didn't seem related to the position and the interviewers weren't friendly at all. They both had attitudes and didn't know anything about the location I applied to. Overall the interview process seemed like a waste of time.
