The interview process was notably lengthy and quite demanding. It involved a total of five different interviews scheduled on the same day, making for an exhaustive experience. The structure included an initial assessment, followed by what the company refers to as a "Power-Day," and then a final call with the Hiring Manager. The Power-Day itself was particularly intense, consisting of five or more back-to-back interviews with little to no break in between. While thoroughness in hiring is appreciated, the process felt overwhelming and could benefit from a more balanced approach.

Difficult Situation and the way you influenced stakeholders
Very straight forward, one initial interview but the last round is a 4 part interview that asks some difficult questions. They were very friendly but some of the questions were just hard.
