Sat through 13 interviews and 1 assessment for 2 jobs - was the "runner up" for one before getting referred to the other by the recruiter. Didn't get either and both took more than 2 weeks after my last interview to get back to me. Also didn't get the courtesy of a personal email or phone call with the news on the second interview, or the opportunity to ask for feedback. Just an automatic update from the ATS. Definitely a poor candidate experience.
