First there was an online assessment that had problem solving questions with multiple choice answers. then there was a phone screen with some behavioral questions and expectations of the role. then a mini case study interview was scheduled where problem solving questions were asked and you have to solve them on the spot and talk through your problem solving process
first had a Screening call, then a Call with hiring manager, Power day with 2 behavioral/1Fit/1Case study. Process took about 2 to 3 from HR reaching out to gettting the offer
long process, three rounds interviews, always case study, interviewed with three people and each took at least one hour. It took me much time to prepare. Not sure what sort of candidate they want
