After applying for the position, I received an email for a phone screen (30 min call) about 3 weeks later. The phone sceen was fairly easy. The first 15 min were about Capital One as a company, the recruiter introducing themselves & confirming pay. The remaining time was about 2-3 questions similar to “why Capital One”, “Give me a time when…”, etc. I was immediately scheduled for a video interview (while on the call). 2 weeks later, my Zoom interview was 2, 30 minute interviews (First one was for Job Fit, Second for Behavioral). PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE your interview skills. They look for STAR responses. I believe one main reason why I landed the role was because of my personality. I made sure to make conversation so there were no awkward pauses.
