What do you think will be the hardest for you when you first start and how will you work through it.
Very organized. Be sure to review their website and read their suggestions. Process includes a phone screen, a 1 x 1 interview, and then a panel interview. That is all that I can recall on this very fine interviewing process.
I submitted a resume and cover letter. I received an email saying I should complete some online tests. I spent some time preparing by doing and re-doing the practice tests-- this was helpful, as it's been a while since I had to be a wiz at standardized math tests. Then I did the tests, which I thought were slightly easier than the practice ones. I haven't heard a word from them since, though, so who knows.
