Capital One Business Analyst, US Cards interview questions

HR screening. The recruiter was extreamly rude and unprofessional. HR started by first raising the questioning about my visa status and stated won't push forward the interview if my H1B visa is less than 3 years. Then at the end of the round, I asked what's the interview process in general. The recruiter replied: Look, because you are on H1B, we will have to spend at least 45 days to process your status. What does that answer have to do with my question? I was asking the interview process in general. Did I ask you how long it takes you to process my visa? Thank you for giving me that guilt trip even before the interview had started.
