Capital One Senior DevOps Engineer interview questions

I spoke to a hiring manager an they were very impressed with my skills and wanted to pass me into a formal interview once I had done the Verbal Reasoning and Numeric Reasoning test. I got an automated reply after the tests to say they are not processing with my application. Despite we having a very good match for the role I was not accepted for an interview because I never passed those tests. Please rethink your hiring process, at least speak to the individual and see their skills instead of stopping the process because I can’t pass a test. Not everyone is good as passing tests.

It's was basically two phone interviews. One with the enterprise architect and another one with so called tech lead(who doesn't know anything) and also a master software engineer was in the interview
