Interview process is lengthy with each stage escalating to the next level in the company. It takes weeks (and even months) to get through. So this is a very slow burning fuse. If you have the time and patience, seems worth the process. If you're well qualified and well prepared for interviews, they are less stressful and tend to be more conversational.
