Interview
HR personnel Jason is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable prior to your interview. I held 1 interview over the phone with Jason, then a second interview with a manager named Kaira. Both were pleasant and straight forward. While in person I met with the VP of sales, another sales manager, the VP of HR, and the GM. All of them were cool and I can see why Cappex gets so many great reviews from employees.

I didn't expect the VP to ask me what my favorite job was. My favorite job, being very different than the one I was interviewing for, made it appear that I wouldn't like working there. For me it's all about the people and not just having a cushy job you can do from a home office.
