Interview
This was a very negative experience. Cappex found my information online and reached out to me and asked me to come in for an interview. I had to take a day off from work to do so. I was told I would be having 3 interviews. After the second interview they sent in HR to tell me that they were not interested in me so I can leave. As HR was saying this to me the third interviewer came in and HR told him "didn't you get my email? we're not moving forward with this candidate, there is no need for you to meet with him". It was very awkward and uncomfortable and completely disrespectful to me and my time.
