Went in that day to fill out and application and got invited back for the interview that same day. The interview was with two other people with the store manager. Very informal but also somewhat intimidating. She would ask us questions as a group and then questions individually. I made sure to look at what MK was selling at the time to try and dress the part.

Group Interview, it was with 4 other girls. Manager asked around to talk about ourselves. It was an easy process, it took no more than 30 minutes total. The manager didn’t tell us specifically if we would get a call afterwards.

Interview
I had 3 interviews. First interview was with a sales lead, second (a more tricky one) was with the DM, and the last was an interactive. I had to wait roughly a week to hear back that I got the job. Biggest piece of advice is to learn about Michael, what he stands for, and be super passionate about fashion.
