I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capri Holdings (Houston, TX) in Mar 2012
Interview
rather short, I got lucky I guess. The were opening a new location and I was recruited for the new location. I filled out the application with two of my friends and when we went to turn in the applications, there was an on the spot interview. She asked typical questions and in the middle closed her binder and basically started giving details about the job and told us to be expected to do an "interactive" the following week.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capri Holdings (Norfolk, VA)
Interview
Group Interview, it was with 4 other girls. Manager asked around to talk about ourselves. It was an easy process, it took no more than 30 minutes total. The manager didn’t tell us specifically if we would get a call afterwards.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capri Holdings (West Goshen, PA)
Interview
I had 3 interviews. First interview was with a sales lead, second (a more tricky one) was with the DM, and the last was an interactive. I had to wait roughly a week to hear back that I got the job. Biggest piece of advice is to learn about Michael, what he stands for, and be super passionate about fashion.
