Interview
I agree with the other responses that it is a more intense process than my past interviews but I absolutely loved it. I applied online and went in a few days later for an interview. There is three interviews, first is with the store manager where you just go over some simple questions like work experience, availability, and they also want you to know about Michael Kors himself so make sure to do some research (just google it and take like five minutes to read it's nothing super intense). The second is an interactive interview which a lot of people on here complain about but I LOVED! Why? Because with past interviews they don't really give you a taste of what the job is like and I have gotten hired for jobs before and realized within a week it wasn't what I thought at all and ended up hating it and leaving, vs with this it's awesome because you get to see if you like the job or not. What you do is you go out on the sales floor for half an hour or so and just help customers around the store and sell. I helped this guy buy a purse and a wallet for his wife for Mother's Day which was so fun! The last interview is supposed to be with the district manager, just a skype or phone call interview, however the store manager up-talked me to the DM and ended up hiring me after the interactive interview! Overall an awesome experience.

Interview
Facetime interview where they called me and asked me many questions, and got me excited for the job. They seemed desperate to hire me after I was hired but the process was fairly easy and made me excited to work there.

Interview
Had a brief introductory conversation with the store manager and scheduled a time to come in to do a formal interview. I was asked about my experience, knowledge of fashion and trends, and selling skills.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capri Holdings
Interview
Just took one day, was more of a conversation really. I spoke of my fashion inspirations and interviewed with both the store manager and head of styling. I was also asked to role play and put together an outfit for a client on the spot. With that being said, I was spotted basically on the street and asked to apply. So I kind of thought I already had the job going in, not sure if my experience was typical.
