Interview
Interviewed with the DM before and he was very rude, didn't have any type of notes or even my resume I sent him. Interviewed with the store manager a few months later, she seemed fine. Did a phone interview with the DM again, not realizing it was the same DM. They were disrespectful and smirked the whole 5 minutes. Wasted gas and my time. If he remembered me and didn't like me the first time he should have been a Man/Adult and said why instead of acting like a high school kid just looking at his store manager smirking and laughing. Never have I been so disrespected by so-called professionals. Forewarning, don't apply here!!!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How did you think your interview went with the DM?
Had a few rounds with meetings with store managers, then district managers. Regular interview. Nothing very dfferent from others. I would recommend answering questions in a predictable manner with a staple response. Interviewers didnt seem happy answering when asked questions about benifits/extras etc.
