I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capri Holdings (Nashville, TN) in Jun 2016
Interview
I applied in person on a Friday then called a day or two later to check on the status of my application but the manager wasn't in so they left my name for them to look at my application. I got a call that Sunday to come in for a interview on Monday and to bring my resume. The first interview was a simple interview. We just went over my resume and experience. Then I was told that he wanted to move to the next part of the interview with me which is an interactive. He called that Friday to set up the interactive for Monday. The interactive was 30 minutes and I just helped customers on the floor as I would if I were hired. It was really fun to see if it would be a good fit for me or not. The interactive is pretty easy if you already have experience talking and selling to customers. Might be a little more difficult if you are reserved and don't like interacting with people. All the staff were really helpful and nice to me even though I was still in the interview process. I was told he would call weather or not he wants to hire me so that he's not leaving me hanging. I'm currently waiting for his decision. Overall it was a great experience. Just be yourself and you will do wel on the interview.
