I applied in-person. I interviewed at Capri Holdings
Interview
Very casual interview; I met with the manager of the store, and we sat down outside on some benches. She just wanted to get to know me, and get a feel for my personality. She was very upfront about what the company was looking for. She then went on to explain that they were in need of employees that are committed to the brand, and committed to investing their time in Michael Kors. She asked me a bit about where I seen myself in the future, and told me they were looking for employees that wanted careers. She also explained the look they want their employees to have, which I would describe as "granola girl chic"; Michael Kors has a very specific aesthetic look that they want their employees to have.
