Interview
I really wanted this job. I walked in and sort of recieved snotty stares and looks from the other employees i handed in my resume and cover letter and was given the application to complete on the spot, returned it but from that point on I kept calling. Me and the store manager set up a interview time. She was so bubbly and nice that the interview went like a normal conversation. She told me she likes me a lot and I had the feeling that she wanted me to get it, she was very nice. However she told me it wasn't up to her I had to meet with the district manager, who also nice but asked a lot of the same questions. Why do you want to work here? How do you feel about commision?I thought I did well but I received a letter in the mail saying how I was not right for the job. I don't think I fit the image that they were looking for because I couldn't have answered the same reiterated questions any better.

They asked me about my work experience and history as well as a variety of behavioural questions. I interviewed first with the store manager and then the district manager to see if I was a good fit

Interview
It was really unpleasant and probably illegal, the manager in the group interview asked me if my hair was coloured and then said that the girls working here have to be natural.
