Interview
I applied through my professor to get the job, and they emailed me back saying that they will have a phone-call interview. We had a conversation and asked about my past experiences. Since I didn't have enough experience, they seemed to lose interest.
The interview was fashion and company based so it is important to do your research on Michael himself and the company. I researched how Michael got his start into fashion and the making of the company itself. While I highly recommend researching any company before an interview I highly suggest it for this one.

Only about a half hour (phone interview prior), was very quick and met with two people from the Sales team. super relaxed environment, showed a few of my class projects.
