Great experience! Went to group interview then was selected for an individual interview, questions were related to my experience in customer service and selling skills. Had a third interview which was interactive, you assist customers and they are able to observe your strengths and weaknesses. Wonderful company to work for, my coworkers are like family!

Group Interview, it was with 4 other girls. Manager asked around to talk about ourselves. It was an easy process, it took no more than 30 minutes total. The manager didn’t tell us specifically if we would get a call afterwards.

I had 3 interviews. First interview was with a sales lead, second (a more tricky one) was with the DM, and the last was an interactive. I had to wait roughly a week to hear back that I got the job. Biggest piece of advice is to learn about Michael, what he stands for, and be super passionate about fashion.
