Question 1
Have you ever worked on a team where someone wasn’t pulling their weight? What did you do? What was the result?
A series of three interviews beginning with a recruiter, who would filter applicants for the District Manager, and ultimately the Regional VP. Before the interview with the RVP, there is also a written exercise, to validate communication skills and ability to complete reports. The last interview is always the hardest, but one or more of these may be done via skype. You must dress professional but fashionable.
