I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capri Holdings (Pleasant Prairie, WI) in Apr 2013
Interview
Well I was recruited by the store manager and assistant manager. They came into my former job and loved my energy and asked me to apply one day as I walked into their store. I applied got called about two days or so later and I set up my interview with my store manager. Interview went great typical questions were asked. After the interview, I was asked to do an interactive interview to see how I would do on the sales floor with customers. Rocked that out and from there I was asked to interview with my store manager and district manager. Shined bright like a diamond letting them know my qualifications and skills that I could offer the company and awards I have won for being a great employee to former employers. Got called I would say 3 days later with a job offer was a two week process.
