Interview
First you interview with the store manager, consisted of questions such as What do you consider good customer service and what you consider bad customer service. They also ask you what you like to do for fun, and ask you a few questions about how you think you are going to achieve sales goals and how you adapt to a new workplace. Then they test you on the floor before training you or giving you any information. For one hour, you will be working side by side other sales associates and trying to sell products and assist customers. Obviously, if you sell something that is a plus. Then last step is a phone interview with the regional manager which consists of similar questions from your initial interview. After that they determine your pay and you can definitely grow within this company if you work hard and is a good seller. compensation is not bad only if you sell a lot of things because there is commission involved. If you don't sell well, you get terminated.
