Interview
I applied by sending my resume to a company email address that was posted on a mall website. I heard from the hiring manager a week later, set up an interview, and met her that week. She talked to me about my experience in retail, what I was doing currently, and what other experiences I have had. She asked me a lot about my career goals and what I knew about the company. After the interview, the store GM called me to set up an "interactive" - I basically worked as a door greeter at their store for a half hour. It's pretty much just making sure you can talk to people, can sell confidently, and don't hide in a corner. You also want to make sure you look the part. Dress in fashionable business casual if you don't own company clothes. The perks: they wardrobe you, 50% off discount, and bonuses for meeting sales goals. They seem to have very high expectations for appearance and personality. I've noticed other interviewees saying that they do not hire POC but the store I had the interactive at, this was clearly not the case.

It was really unpleasant and probably illegal, the manager in the group interview asked me if my hair was coloured and then said that the girls working here have to be natural.
