Interview
I was emailed and told to go in for a group interview that the company was having for a new store opening. I went into the conference room with a nice group of other women and we all had to introduce ourselves and tell the interviewer about ourselves. It went pretty well, more comfortable than a one-on-one interview. I was a bit nervous for it was my first group interview but it was a lot easier since everyone was there for the same reason I was.
The questions were casual and it was a very relaxed conversation between us all. We were told to answer the questions whenever we wanted to, basically just join the conversation.
You shouldn't go to one of their interviews without knowing anything about the fashion industry. Read up on Michael Kors recent runway shows, etc because there will most likely be a question or two about these.
