The recruiter and managers were very pleasant to meet with, clearly communicating the details of the position. I was in constant communication with the recruiter throughout the entire interview process, and kept in the loop about what our next step was. The interview process took 1 month due to the constant travel of the DM, planning a week in advance to meet. All of the interviews lasted between 30 minutes and 1 hour in length.

Interview
A series of three interviews beginning with a recruiter, who would filter applicants for the District Manager, and ultimately the Regional VP. Before the interview with the RVP, there is also a written exercise, to validate communication skills and ability to complete reports. The last interview is always the hardest, but one or more of these may be done via skype. You must dress professional but fashionable.
