Quick process overall. Applied online and got a group Interview with the store manager. Easy interview. Ask about your previous experience basically and how you deal with difficult customer/situation.

Went in for an interview with and then i got an email to do a floor trial which it was an amazing experience . They said they will get back to me and is been 4 weeks still waiting which i feel is not professional at all. I rang the store twice and no one was available to give me a feedback.

Group Interview for store in Norway. There was about 30 people in group interview, and I felt it was way too much candidate for job interview. We were decided in two groups, and everyone got 1 min for self-presentation. That was the only time we had a chance to speak out about our selvs. After on, all the candidates picked one item each in the store, and explained why we choose that item. Most shocking was the question time. The store manager said to two of candidates that their hair style and lip-colour don't be accepted for Michael Kors. Basically, they clearly judged candidates' appearances. I've worked in many brands before, and it was the first time that employer clearly judged people's looks. They took photos of us with our name on, also had to write down age on the paper. What a company.
