Interview
The interview was very easy and laid back. You definitely need to be bubbly and know some background information about the brand. They will ask you who a few of your favorite designers are and why. Be able to tell them why you want to be apart of the Michael Kors team, you need to sell yourself!

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Capri Holdings (Ontario, CA) in Nov 2016
Interview
I applied online and received an email the next day about coming in for an interview. It was a group interview and consisted of two parts: group interview with a manager and the interactive part. The group interview lasted about 20-30min. The interactive part was fun, they just want to know how well you know the merchandise, if you have style and how well you can interact with customers. SN: Show up 30min early and look around the store so you know what's there to make the interactive part easier for you. After the interview and interactive part I was asked to come in the next day for a second interview. Similar basic questions were asked. I was offered the position the next day.
