I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capri Holdings (Mississauga, ON) in Aug 2011
Interview
I was interviewed by 2 managers, Regional & Store Manager. I was bombarded with a lot of questions, and was treated like it was a high honour to be selected to be an employee at Michael Kors. I was told if I was lucky enough to get a second interview, I'd still have to go through a third interview before hiring potential. They also confirmed they would have to do a credit check on you, so be prepared for your credit to take a knock when they check it. I dressed to kill, and they liked my outfit. They want to make sure you can work in heels, so if you say no that will not be good. I wore high heels so they could see it was just a normal part of my attire and wouldn't be an issue. They look for meticulous detail to appearance, hair makeup and how your nails are done. They want a very personable employee to represent them, and a robot worker. f you bleed for them you will do well in the company.
