One interview with the basics; "tell me about yourself," "what do you know about Michael," "where do you get your fashion inspiration from," and additional "what if" scenario questions. One interactive interview testing your abilities on the sales floor and how you interact with customers; they want to see that you are an elevated sales person. Most people hired have at least one year of sales experience in higher end retail. One interview with the district manager about company goals and your focuses.

It was really unpleasant and probably illegal, the manager in the group interview asked me if my hair was coloured and then said that the girls working here have to be natural.
