I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Capri Holdings (Albertville, MN) in May 2015
Interview
I called to simply ask if the store I was trying to apply at was hiring and I was asked to come in that day for an interview! I had a one on one interview with the store manager who was very sweet and welcoming! A week later I had an interactive interview where they have you on the floor for about an hour hour and a half interacting with customers to see how well you would do. If you have a naturally bubbly and outgoing personality it's a breeze! Just talk to customers and explain any deals you know of as you would if your they were your friends and you'll do great! The final step was a FaceTime interview with the brand manager because she didn't live in my state. This interview only lasted 10 minutes and was used to make sure I was truly invested in benefiting the company

A girl welcomed me and asked me a few very simple questions such as tell me a time you went extra for a customer; tell me a time you dealt with a difficult customer. and then went through with my cv and asked if i had any vacation booked in advance, how i commute etc. overall very kind and nice and the whole interview was very casual and relaxing.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Capri Holdings
Interview
My interview was an in-person one and asked basic questions like why MK and if you have any experience in a commission-based workplace; try to know your highest sales, UPT, ADT, etc. before you go (if you have a previous sales job). The interviewer then explains the brand to you and what their image is like.
I had two interviews: one with an assistant manager I believe and then one with the store manager.
