They have you do an interactive where you engage with actual customers while the store is open. Make sure you greet them and establish your presence as you are there to assist. Don't follow them around, but introduce yourself and check in on them later. If they pick up an item, casually wander over near them and talk about the product. Have them try things on (watch, apparel, handbag). Be genuine and authentic.
