The actual interview process was a good experience - the people I met with were kind and informative and seemed happy to work there. I had 3 separate interviews that took place over the course of 1 month, and had to complete 2 design projects. Each interview, the team was prepared with a number of questions - I would say I answered between 8-10 questions each meeting. By the 3rd interview, I was told I was 1 of 2 finalists and I would hear of the final decision within two business days. One month later, and I have yet to hear anything back from HR. Not even an email saying they went with another candidate. After taking (3) days off from work, spending an additional week's time working on the requested projects (after a full work day,) plus printing expenses, I was never even given the courtesy of a phone call to be informed of their decision. It's completely baffling, and so unprofessional that a company so established and well known can treat hopeful employees in such a disrespectful way. The true standard of a company is set through how they treat people - if this is the procedure HR follows with candidate interviews, then this company is one I would never consider working for or buying from, again. Now I'm just waiting to see what designs of mine were stolen and will be on the racks in the next few months...

You have to go to two interviews when you get there, first you talk to someone from HR and then with someone of the design team with whom you'd be working for.
