I had in person interviews with the store manager and the district manager, a FaceTime interview with the regional manager and an interactive interview at the store where I actually worked on the sales floor with current employees and sold product. Store level interviews were very casual, personal and relaxed while interviews with corporate management were a like strict and quick Q&A. Ability to coherently speak on retail sales is essential. Wear *interview appropriate* MK if you have it. They'll notice. If not, just dress to impress.
