During the First round you Sit down with the store manager and go over qualifications and the role.
During the Second Round you have an interactive sales interview where are are practically working in the store
During the Third Round you Interview with the DM this may be over the phone or in person based on their availability.

I had 3 interviews. First interview was with a sales lead, second (a more tricky one) was with the DM, and the last was an interactive. I had to wait roughly a week to hear back that I got the job. Biggest piece of advice is to learn about Michael, what he stands for, and be super passionate about fashion.
