Lots of Hands on experience. Told me to try to sell them a purse and did real life examples. Helped see what the job would really be like. Talked to multiple managers throughout the different rounds. Very quick to reply and get back to you.

I first applied about 3 weeks ago. I received a call asking me to come in for a group interview. The group interview had two other candidates and myself. The sales supervisor had asked us to get to know another person we were interviewing with and then introduce them to everyone else. After that we had to pick out bags and accessories to go with certain scenarios. I felt as if I didn't get to leave a good impression since it wasn't one on one. That concluded the first part. A week later, I was called back to do an interview with the manager. She asked about my history and why I wanted to work there. Basic questions. I felt very good about this part of the process. A week later, I received a call offering me the position.

You apply online, submit your resume and they will call you for an interview. The interview is rather casual in nature, typically done in a group or "class" in the store. If you move past this stage you are invited for an interactive where you come into the store and interact with customers for about an hour. They will review with you how you felt and what questions you may have for them and then send you on your way. After this you may be invited for the job.
