I applied through Linkedin, and directly sent my resume to the store. I was called, and had skype interviews since I was not in the area. From my initial interview with the store manager, I was then interviewed by the District Manager, and finally the Regional Manager. In between my interview with the district and regional managers, I had a brief interactive interview in the store. The process was really easy! If you know about sales, hospitality, or know how to talk to people, the process will come naturally to you.
