I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capri Holdings (New York, NY) in Sep 2015
Interview
I was interviewed by phone and then in person with the two supervisors I would be working with. The recruiter from human resources did a phone screen and I talked about how much I am in love with the brand and I see myself growing. The in-person interview was done at the office and I continued to talk about my experience with the company ( since I worked in the store prior) and what I have done in the store as far as visual merchandising. I talked about my experience in school and that I was pursuing a masters degree in Visual Merchandising.
