I originally applied by walking in with a resume and filled out an application. A day or two later I was asked to come in to interview. I arrived fifteen minutes early and while I waited the staff was very friendly and outgoing- which I LOVED. The store manager, whom I interviewed with, arrived just on time at our scheduled interview.
I have never been more comfortable in an interview. Though she asked me questions, it was just a normal, comfortable conversation. Of course I wanted to impress her, but she was so welcoming and easy to talk to. Eventually, she told me she was "obsessed" with me and started texting the DM to try and get her to come interview me the same day. Later that day, she called me and said she got the "ok" to go ahead and extend the offer to me!

Just took one day, was more of a conversation really. I spoke of my fashion inspirations and interviewed with both the store manager and head of styling. I was also asked to role play and put together an outfit for a client on the spot. With that being said, I was spotted basically on the street and asked to apply. So I kind of thought I already had the job going in, not sure if my experience was typical.
