Interview lasted about five minutes. I wasn’t really asked anything in particular, but was told by the interviewer that the fact that I kept my fingernails clean was a good sign. I was hired on the spot.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Captain D's (Saint Louis, MO)
Interview
I've worked here twice and the interview process was super easy both times. The first manager that interviewed asked basic questions that were easy to answer and made me feel comfortable. The second interview wasn't really even an interview. It was just us discussing my availability and that kind of thing. They're under different management and have become super laid back and pretty much hire anybody now.

Question 1
During my first interview I was asked why I wanted to work there.
Very quick process, got a call about the job about a week later. Interview was very easy. The manager just needed workers and hired anyone. I started working the next day. The general manager, who is no longer there, was very kind, but did not explain anything about the workplace.
