I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CaptivateIQ in Oct 2023
Interview
Had an initial screen with the recruiter and she was late to the call, which felt strange. Then progressed to a 30 min hiring manager interview. Hiring manager confirmed I was a solid fit and would progress me to the next round (mock disco), but the recruiter abruptly emails 2 days later they’re not progressing me. No context or feedback was provided even when requested. Not a great experience to be lied to without an explanation.

***I was made a formal offer. One week later they pulled the offer with no explanation.***
All steps below were 100% virtual.
Step 1: Recruiter Screen
Step 2: Call with the hiring manager
Step 3: Loop with Solution Engineer, Sales Peer, BDR Leadership, and VP of Sales.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CaptivateIQ
Interview
1) Recruiter screening 2) Meet with some of the Sales Managers 3) Interview with rest of team 4) Presentation. Most of the folks I met with were generally nice, however there were two people from the team that were really dry, no personality and generally felt a lack of effort went into getting to know me. I got the sense that they were looking for people already well versed in Excel/SQL which seems like it will be a requirement for the job. I walked away from it feeling less excited for the role based on the low levels of engagement I received. The recruiter was punctual in providing a yes/no in moving forward which is respectable. I got the sense they were growing reallllllly quickly hiring a bazillion SDR reps at a time!
