I was asked to provide availability for a screening call but the recruiter replied super late and I had other interviews being scheduled. Also was provided wrong information by the recruiter which was then clarified by the hiring manager in next step. Company and role seems fun but I got the impression they are not urgently looking to fill this role, also not sure what kind of candidate/skillset they really want. I am not sure why I wasn't selected for the next round but the process can be more transparent and professional.
