The interview process lasted roughly one month from start to finish. It included one virtual interview and two in person interviews with multiple leaders within the organization. The interviewers were looking for a good mix of technical skill and personality that lines up with the companies goals and values. Overall, it was one of the best interview processes I’ve been through.
