CarGurus Account Executive interview questions

The interview process with CarGurus was one of the best I have experienced. From the beginning the hiring team was very quick to reach back out to me and schedule and initial call. That first 30 min call was incredibly informative and frankly very comfortable to be on. We moved quickly to the next round of interviews with the team and while there was very clearly a structured process they were following there was also ample time to just chat. It flowed very well and felt more like a great conversation than a "Test" that some other interviews feel like. The team was great at identifying strengths and building rapport in a short amount of time. I cant say enough great things about how the process went. They were very quick and moved at my pace which was nice.
