I worked with a recruiter who set up the interview. My first interview was a 15 minute phone call with the head of the department under which I would be working. My second interview consisted of 3 separate 20 min in-person interviews with the managers of various departments. I had an assignment that I was to bring to the interview and go over during the in-person meetings. Everyone was very pleasant and I had a lot of fun doing the assignment. About a week later, I was invited back to meet the head of the department for a brief interview. The office space was incredibly impressive and it's clear that the company is well-managed and I got the sense that people were happy to be there.
